WeSee is a senior product, engineering and AI studio building the software ambitious companies run on, from Tokyo to Mumbai. We are selecting a small cohort of 2027 graduates to work on real client products beside our senior engineers. This is not a coffee-and-photocopy internship. It is the start of a career, and possibly a company of your own.
From your first week you sit with senior engineers and designers and ship code into systems that real businesses depend on, across fintech, healthcare, logistics, real estate and e-commerce. You own real work, you get real feedback, and you see your code go live.
We are a senior team only. No juniors managing juniors, no outsourcing. The people you learn from are the people who built the products, which means the bar is high and the growth is fast.
You will join a small, senior team and work as a real engineer on live client projects, not practice exercises. You will be handed problems that matter, trusted to figure them out, and supported when you get stuck. We care less about how much you already know and far more about how you think, how fast you learn, and what you can build.
You will pick a primary track, Full Stack, Cloud, AI, Blockchain or Security, and go deep, while staying close enough to the rest of the stack to ship end to end.
Name your strongest track in your application. If you genuinely span two or more, even better.
Build end-to-end web platforms, dashboards and internal tools, from database to interface, that clients run their business on.
Design reliable cloud architecture and delivery pipelines, the infrastructure that keeps live systems running around the clock.
Wire best-in-class AI into real products, agents, copilots, retrieval, document and vision AI, where it genuinely moves the needle.
Build smart contracts and on-chain systems, wallets, tokens and dApps engineered for security and scale.
Think like an attacker, build like a defender. Secure code, audits and least-privilege systems clients can trust.
If you are sharp and span several of these, apply anyway and tell us your story. We hire talent over titles, every time.

Most internships end with a certificate. This one can end with a company. If you come to us with a genuinely good idea, we will take it seriously, give you the engineering muscle to build it, and open our network of venture capital firms so it can get the funding it deserves. All you have to do is bring something worth backing.
